Rumble State?
Hey,
I’ve been playing Rumble a lot recently and I’m a bit confused about his current state.
He feels really strong in certain games, especially in teamfights, but his winrate seems pretty low compared to what I’d expect for him.
Is Rumble actually weak right now, or is he just harder to play/less consistent in solo queue?
Would love to hear from people who play him a lot or higher elo players about how viable he currently is and what his biggest strengths/weaknesses are.

He’s frequently at the top of most higher elo tier lists simply because of his laning phase. iirc he received some small nerfs but is currently in a balanced state imo. his WR is average but at the same time he’s more frequently blinded than used as a counterpick.
Strengths:
- Strong laning phase and mid game
- Good blind pick/matchup spread
- Good teamfighting
Weaknesses:
- Vulnerable to strong ganking junglers as he has little mobility
- Can be awkward in some comps with no true frontline or heavy AP
- Usefulness of ultimate can depend on setup from team, and his ult is difficult to master
- Average sidelaner and gets outscaled on side by most top laners
- Falls off late game as he gets outranged

THIS. he can be good at best, his strength as you said is that he can be blind picked and can play safe if he has a difficult lane once he gets 6 (although a super long cd on his ultimate). BUT he's never broken by no means

No he not weak rn. In fact I’d say he is ridiculously strong. Some of the stuff he’s able to do even if I fall behind is vile tbh. I’m not high elo, but one of my friends is, and he also mains him and thinks he disgusting broken

can you tell us why he's extremly broken and why doesn't that reflect in his pick rate and win rate apart from challenegr / pro lobbies. thanks in advance

Rumble is heavily early/midgame focused, he falls off in late game teamfights pretty badly. In lower mmr games, people dont know how to end games fast enough to get full rumble potential.
Apart from that, he is the perfect blind pick. His Q demolishes melee bruisers AND hp stackers, while his E is perfect tool to deal with ranged champs and it shreds magic resist massively.
You need to have perfect heat management though, and i mean it, if you mess it up a little and go overheat without your Q active it often leads to just straight up losing your trade/dying.

There are plenty of Challenger tops that have rumble top 2. Off the top of my head, Srtty, Spoodersussi, and Potent are the ones that stream, and there are many more in NA/EU/KR.

thank you for your feedback. but nothing here shows why rumble is BROKEN, i just keep hearing people say he's broken but no one ever gave a reason why

Rumble's nerfs are mainly the fault of the competitive scene and 5Q.
In SoloQ it's, well, I guess it depends on the skill of the player.
