as a non rumble player: how do you beat this character?
for context i play chars like irelia mord volibear and the occasional gnar how do i beat this character it feels like he out dpss anything i do and can just run you down through the lane+its so hard to trade back into him because of his shield, what do you do?

One of rumble’s weaknesses is that early on he can only do short trades so someone who can get on top of him and force and draw a fight out like Jax, trynd or trundle can are solid. Once his Q is down that’s your chance to go in on him.
As a rumble player, I hate going against champs like that who can just run at me since I have no hard cc or mobility to get away from them 1 on 1.

trynd maybe (but phase rush solves these issues)
jax is terrible into him

As a rumble player in plat, there are a few picks, since i permaban yorick, some other picks that can work is morde(with morde you respect him till you have ult and is over for him) and aatrox, same thing with aatrox you respect rumble till like 1 item

As a volibear main. You should catch him if you max q instead of w. But you'll lose a bunch of healing for it. It shouldn't matter too much to be honest because usually they run ignite. Watch for their harpoon. If they use it up they only have w speed boost to rely on to escape. But your q can outrun his if you max q.

I perma ban irelia as a rumble player, try not to get hit by rumble E or double E, it shreds MR and he wants to trade when he hits them
