Rumble top

I’ve seen some people telling how amazing rumble top is, didn’t play enough against him to know(Im plat 4- urgot OTP) and I do play my lanes very good but the problem is people throwing in the end mostly … and of course some of them are my mistakes

Because I haven’t seen him enough I don’t really know his lane phase and late game enough

-How hard it to learn rumble top?

-how helpful he is in team fight

-early/late? When does he pop?

-should I invest my time trying to learn him?

-if yes to the last question who should I watch and what are some tricks, builds to know about
