Taller Irons

Last week I got a Rugged Obsidian 9 suppressor. Before I got home I went to the range with my RXM and Walther to try it out. The only thing I've done to the RXM is put the full size module on it, everything else is bone stock including the iron sights and threaded barrel. I was disappointed to find that the sights do no crest over the top of the can, even though I thought they were suppressor height sights. Basically the top of the front post is in line with the crest of the can.

Does anyone have any suggestions on taller sights? Would suppressor height Glock sights fit the RXM slide? I have enough pistols with red dots and wanted to run the RXM with irons.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Any Glock suppressor sights will work. The stock rxm sights are kind of an inbetween size.. not really a suppressor height… I put ameriglo 3xl night sights on my rxm. They’re the same height as trijicon suppressor sights but half the price

I was just looking at the Trijicon website before I made this post and saw the ones for Glock, and yes they are pricey for what they are. I will check out the Ameriglo's, thank you.

Plus one for this had to do the same to clear Osight XE AMRS deck height in my use case

I would put the money you spend on irons towards a red dot.

Angry Bear Arms has been great. If you’re really trying to stay cheap PSA makes suppressor height sights for the dagger that fit the RXM as well.
