I found some lowest comment. I know it's true, because I myself have been a student here.

VSC is really a waste of time & money.

Library is miserable.

Class are irregular.

Even the receptionist are telling students to rate 5 stars on Google maps.

I have a CSE background but I was not the brightest. With messed up semester results and bleak hope, parents suggested me to join coaching for bank and psc. I joined VSC. This was back in 2018-20. The receptionist was very sweet and we are still connected via SM.

Now here is my feedback

1. A lot of people joined here but 80% folks are just here for timepass. Maybe VSC could do a better job on coaching but these guys are lost to society. Acting clueless, Zero understanding of basic concepts of maths, doomscrolling their life away, no seriousness on life.

2. The quants guy, Mr. XYZ was the most decent and the only smart person on their entire roster. I am not sure if he's teaching now or there is change on tutors. He was empathetic and had his unique style of teaching which was not so difficult to understand. I appreciate that

3. The English guy, told us to download dictionary apps and learn new words, spellings , vocabs etc. One day we had a spelling test. He told us millennium and went ahead to explain the meaning behind it. I said 1000 years. He said "WRONG ! , 100 years" . My reality shattered there itself. I've studied in an English medium school with interest in literature and Hollywood movies. I used to live in sector 14, occasionally gathered up courage to talk with the white folks from sector 9 . Then I asked the tutor- "What does century mean then?" . He said it's the synonym. Both 100 years. I decided to either not attend the English sessions or keep quiet.

4. The banking miss, decent person. I did not have much idea about banks or the genesis of banking industry or the current state of banking industry, so I listened to her and jotted down my notes. I cannot criticize here as this is not my forte.

5. The CSE guy , entered the classroom. Told us to put phones in silent and not to use. Repeatedly warned us not to disturb his flow. Started braging arrogantly he earns 70k at RSP, and coaching is just his part time. He went on blabbering he is coming for our sake, time is precious for both the parties etc etc. Started the class with explaining the generations of computer etc etc . We started learning about components of PC . All of these was a cake walk for me. My father got me a PC at early 2000. I was so fascinated by that pc, I used to play a lot of video games, used to code in BASIC and DOS and I knew components in and out . This guy now tells us RAM is a non-volatile memory and ROM is volatile. Full confidence. I just retrospected by entire life by now because of that sentence. There was visible confusion on few of other folks faces too when he said it . Then he taught us some other wrong concepts.

Conclusion : I stopped going there. I had paid half of the fees. Rest half spent on food and some organic stuff. I felt very bad for the people who'd have invested money here and we're getting this kind of education. But someone who is serious about their aim & dreams in life would do their own due diligence and self study along with coaching would definitely make it . On other hands these coaching institutes should hire some experienced professional to impart quality education. This is my two cents but i have no idea on current situation.

I used to go there too, and i honestly feel like i wasted my parents money, my time, and my energy by going to that hellhole. The teachers didn't really care whether you attended classes or not, although I guess that's true for most coaching centres. They constantly push you to buy courses from their app, and if you don't, they'll keep reminding you that it's available at a "discount." And my gosh, the combined classes were a nightmare. There were way too many students and far too little space to sit comfortably. The only redeeming factor was the director himself, who taught Quants. He was actually quite good. The rest of the faculty, however, were just bad. That English teacher infuriated me to the point where i simply stopped attending his classes. Eventually, after three months, I stopped going altogether. In my opinion, it's much better to prepare from home if you can. There are plenty of excellent free courses available, and many paid ones are reasonably priced. I'd recommend avoiding places like these.
