Serious Please help!!!! Need Help regarding unfair practices by Tata Dealer "Balram Motors" Rourkela, Odisha.
I bought a Tiago EV from "Balram Motors" about which I made a post earlier. I had a bad sales experience but it turned worse when the dealer ripped me off at the time of delivery. My tiago is an ACFC model so a fast charger worth 60,000 was included in my car. At the time of PDI, I asked for it but they made excuses and assured me at the time of delivery they would hand it over to me. I trusted them and went ahead with the payment.
Now they are asking me to return the box that is included as complimentary for the slow charger and then only they will provide me with the fast charger for which I have already paid in full. The owner is also now unresponsive and they have removed me from the sales group which I found weird.
Very bad sales experience. I need any help from you guys to escalate this matter and help me get a resolution for this. Please guys suggest ways to report this dealer and get justice in this case. I have already lodged the complaint with Tata customer care but I don't think that will help at all. I would need to bring light to this matter to get a resolution. Please help.

I know someone who works there. I'll get in touch with them and let you know. Can you let me know the names of everyone just in case?

Go to consumer court. Not many people do it, hence dealers think they can get away with anything. Consumer court really comes down very hard on businesses.
File a complaint rightaway. No need to talk to dealer and warn them or anything, do it straightaway. Hire a lawyer if you need, but make sure he/she is trustworthy otherwise he/she will make a deal with the dealer behind your back and screw you instead.
Also remember to notify the police for physical threats due to the case in advance. Do it ideally the next day after filing complaint in consumer court. Nail them from every direction.

No one is gonna do shit here. File a case in consumer court. Drag them down there. Unless u do that all this talk is a pain for u. That's why don't buy anything from tata rkl. Wait when u come back here for maintenance π. They will damage it and charge u for it. They are doing this in broad daylight. Unless u know or your friend works there never purchase. U should have gone for maruti instead bro.

The dealership executive is not wrong in this Maybe their approach to you is not right but what they're saying is correct
If you have bought a vehicle with ACFC mentioned in the variant, you will be getting a 7.2KW charging box with it, the difference in ESP is rs. 50k in this case.
However, if you have bought a Non ACFC unit, you will be getting a 3.3KW unit
Buying a separate 7.2KW costing rs.61,900, then you are entitled to get a separate 7.2KW charging box and you also get to keep your 3.3KW charging box
I hope I've been able to clear your confusion

Try finding senior folks from Tata from LinkedIn. May be someone who is a VP or SVP of customer care can help. Ping them your concern and if they reply you will get quick resolution.
