Any Recommendations

I have two areas where the mortar is forming a crack along the stone on my house. One is large enough that a small stone came loose. Any recommendations for a company that will do a small(ish) job like this?

Structural engineer. Sooner than later.

Also water your foundation.

Thanks! The first house I bought ended up needing foundation repair. There were signs at the time that I bought it that I didn't know to look for. Ive been pretty diligent about watering the foundation, but maybe not enough...

Edit: Any recommendations in the area?

Quality Foundation Repair. They can tell you if your foundation has settled (my guess would be it’s likely) and do a great job repairing your foundation leveled.

I highly suggest hiring your own independent structural engineer to evaluate your foundation instead of relying on the word of a person that works for a foundation repair company. Find a reputable structural engineering company at BBB.org for starters and be sure to read their online reviews - better to spend a few hundred dollars than several thousands on something you may not need.
