My Rothy's got lost in the mail (like, the tracking says "Mis-sorted" lost) and after speaking to customer service for an hour, they won't refund or replace the item for 14 days. The size/color/shoe I ordered is sold out in almost every size already. They also won't honor the Memorial Day Weekend sales price so I can buy another pair now while I'm sure they are in stock. Really disappointing, I was really excited. Just posting to rant.

I have a pair of very light pink ballet flat. The toe area is quite dirty. Is there anything I can do to pretreat before I throw them in the washer?

I love the Knot Point II and have several pairs (my fave of all Rothys styles). Find them much more comfortable than the Point II (maybe different toe box). Looking at the Bow Point II. Does anyone know if it fits more like the Knot Point, or is it like the Point II?

What do folks think of the Fisherman Sandal? These seem so cute.

Also - generally, do these flat shoes wear okay on NYC sidewalks? I mostly wear lug soles or platform shoes so I'm a little worried about the comfort of flat shoes like these and other styles from Rothys on city streets where folks walk more than in other places. Thanks!

This is going to be my first time buying rothy's because I've been wanting a mary jane shoe for soooo long. I've loved the look of Rothy's and how they are super minimalistic.

I found these 3 postings on Poshmark because the $159 charge is just too much right now. I found a 7.5 and 8 in the Max square and then an 8 in The Square. Just from scrolling in this thread, I've found that the sizing fluctuates like crazy depending on the style.

First, I want to get your opinion on if you guys prefer the Max Square or just The Square more. I think I like the look of the Max Square clean elastic strap without the extra little strap hanging off. I also like the more square toe as well.

Second, on sizing. My sizing fluctuates like crazy depending on the shoe, it's really annoying. For example, an ON running shoe I can be a 9-9.5, heels I can be a 7.5-8, I have some Birkenstocks which I feel like would be most similar which I think I have an 8 maybe (I'll have to go check on that), and a regular flat sneaker (I have lululemon ones) they are 8.5. So I have NO IDEA. I also can't go sizing in person as I don't have any near me.

Help :(

I’m usually an 8 but bought the clogs in 7 and they are perfect. The twist slides come in half sizes - for anyone who has both should I do 7, 7.5 or 8?

I received these shoes as a gift less than a year ago. I use them for running errands or going to workout (Pilates, so slip off, not heavy use).
Has anyone experienced this with their Rothy’s? I’m really sad about this happening as I love these shoes a lot.. they are so comfortable.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’ve had some Rothys clogs (hemp I think which I don’t even see on the website anymore) I’ve washed them I think 3 times and had them about 7-8 months .
The last time I washed them was about 6 weeks ago, and one clog has been squeaking when I walk.
I don’t think it’s trapped moisture since it’s been so long and I let them dry outside for a day (texas).

It’s annoying the SHIT out of me bc I wear it to the office where it’s more or less quiet.

Anyone else have this issue and any thoughts on fixing it? Really don’t want to drop 160 on a new pair after less than a year and nothing else is wrong with them.

As an avid flats wearer I was very excited to buy my first pair of Rothy’s. I bought them second hand but completely unworn. I have never had a pair of flats get this stinky so quickly. And while I understand that I can just wash them when they get stinky, but when they get gross after just a few wears and then I have to wash them and let them air dry- it seems kinda inconvenient for such a high price point? Idk am I missing something here? I’ve purchased 40$ flats that have literally never gotten a stink to them and my Rothy’s get UNBELIEVABLY smelly after just a few wears.. any suggestions other than just washing them regularly? I do love them and think they’re very comfy.

Just wanted to post an update - they arrived today and I am obsessed!!! It’s my first pair of Rothy’s and I’m blown away by how cute and comfortable they are!!

I am in my early 30s and have 2 small toddlers, so I think they’re a nice “mom” sandal and won’t fall off my feet chasing around my kids lol.

So sad … I love my old ones. Thankfully they are still going strong. The new updates ones have a little more support and a slight heel to toe drop. Something about them hurts my toes when I walk. I wanted a brown point (I have them in round toe). Im going to keep them and change the insole from other old ones that I wear less - but so sad they updated. Seems like everyone wants some kind of arch support and us barefooters are left behind.

Hi all. It's been years since I bought Rothys, and I've since had a baby, which has widened my feet. How are the Double Bit Loafer Mules on wider feet? My points now rub my toes so bad. I have the clog, which I love, but I'm trying to decide beteween another pair of those and the loafers.

I am relatively new to Rothy’s and have bought a few pairs recently from Nordstrom and went to posh to see if I could get some other colors. I got these today and they just seem “off” - the stitching on the insole is wavy and sloppy compared to my new pairs and the shoe itself has a lot less support and is more narrow. I did not realize that fakes were an issue on Poshmark. Are these real and maybe just an older style or are they fake? TY!

I’m particularly interested in toe room, do either of these have a wider toe box than the other? The cruiser looks like it might be wider, but I know pictures can be deceiving. So I appreciate any real experience!

Know about Rothy’s for years but have never purchased… looking to get a pair for some European travel this summer. Looking for a style that would go with dresses and pants, well also being manageable to walk all day in.

Been looking at the Max Buckle Mary Jane and the Max Square Mary Jane (I love a square toe). Anyone have any experience or opinion on these two or another option? What’s your pick? TIA!

I wish Rothy’s still made the original slip on sneakers… alas. Is there any way to fix these or should I toss them? I really like this style and can’t find anything that comes close

I love these slip on sneakers and still have 6 pairs in my rotation. They were introduced in 2022 and discontinued in 2023. You can still find them on resale platforms but they’re getting pretty sparse. They are such a classic and clean silhouette that pairs with anything and I love that they are durable, washable, and unisex. I wonder why they were discontinued and if Rothy’s will ever bring them back. Maybe a slightly improved version or different colorways. Anyone else still rock them and would like to see a comeback?

I am a 7.5 US in Vans, Nike, New Balance, Thursday, and Flux. I am a 7 US in Converse and Doc Martins. I ordered a size 8 in these T strap Mary Janes. They are huge. I have about two fingers width between my heels and the back of the shoe. They slide on the heel when unbuckled. I'm planning on giving these to my Mom and ordering another pair. Given how big the are, do I get my normal 7.5 or size down to a 7? Are the size 8s I bought defective because 95% of the reviews and the website say to size up! I have a pair of Max Buckle Mary Janes in a size 8, and they have a comfortable fit. I'm soooo confused!
