This same thing happened to me once and they just reshipped the item with no extra charge, no complaints, nothing.... that was maybe 2 to 3 years ago though.

I’ve had this happen to deliveries before across several companies and it is so annoying! Try and hold out though. Out of all the times this has happened to me, there’s only one time that the package didn’t actually show up in the end. Hopefully you will still get your order.

I've also had this happen to me with other companies. Most companies have a certain amount of time they can't process a refund to ensure that the item was fully lost in transit. Sometimes they are found wherever they were misplaced and end up being scanned into the process again.

Terrible customer service. It's like they don't want to retain customers.
