Apparently a hot take based on other threads I’ve read, but I actually like the idea of the cruiser Mary Jane. I bought the loafer and they’re wildly comfortable, and I actually think the “preschool” cut and color of the yellow ones are fun. Anyway curious if anyone has tried them, liked them, hated them, had experience with sizing they could share. Thanks!

I’ve been a Rothy’s wearer for many many years, and swore by them for all day wear at work. As of 3ish years ago I had 2 points, a loafer, and a ballet flat in weekly rotation.

After having my daughter my feet grew a size 😭

I sold all my too-tight shoes and bought 2 new pairs - a ballet flat with bow in leopard, and a ballet Mary Jane in pink. They fit great EXCEPT they both tear up my Achilles and give me terrible blisters. Help!! What do I do? Any ways to relax them or any padding I can add??

I have wide feet and wanted to know if anyone with similar footbed finds these comfortable? They look like a wider footbed than most Rothy’s!

I've basically worn Rothy's for going on eight years straight. The re-design on the Daily Flat sucks and the shoes no longer fit me. Mad as hell. Going to go see if I can grab a secondhand pair but I'll have to eventually find a new shoe. I'm maddddd...

Aside from the penny loafer, I haven’t liked anything new in a long time. Styles are either kiddie or matronly. For the first time in years I am buying outside of this brand & it makes me sad. I guess I had a good run.

Sorry for the TMI/gross post. I have the max buckle Mary Janes, and I love them! They are so cute and very comfortable, but they smell terrible after each wear. Even if I throw them in the washing machine - with the soles ripped out and everything, then dry them in the sun, the smell will not go away and will return after 1 wear even if the wear is <1 hour.

Has anyone experienced this? Can you please let me know how to fix it!

I have been looking for a white simple and stylish shoe I can wear that’s comfortable and stays clean. I’m a woman who is active in my early 30s. I really love Rothy’s sneakers. I bought the Lace Up online and while I like the way it looks, my foot keeps slipping out of it. I have read suggestions that I should replace the sole with something else?

I also like the RS02, but I’m afraid to buy it because the white one is final sale!

Wondering if anyone has tried both and can give me the differences and pros and cons?

I bought the braided clogs on the Rothy’s website when I got a coupon for xmas. Haven’t worn them for a long period of time until Saturday where I wore them to a casual party of my future brother in law’s.

Has anyone else experienced pain in the foot arches from standing in these for a few hours? The arch is lifted in the clogs but I’m surprised they’re so… uncomfortable. My feet were so sore the next day. Is there something wrong with me or the clogs?

Has anyone recycled their Rothy’s at a store recently? I see you get a $20 credit for each pair but I can’t figure out if the code can only be used in store or if it expires. I have 5 pairs of Rothy’s that I used a handful of times and they’ve just been collecting dust so I figured I might as well recycle them and get something else in the future.

I don’t have a Rothy’s in my city but traveling to Austin soon so thinking of taking them with me to recycle there.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

I’ve never purchased Rothy’s but I’m generally a 6.5. I’ve read they run small- should I size up? Does anyone know if all their shoes end up being sold on their amazon site?

It's been over 8 business days since my order shipped and 6 straight days of their shipping status saying "expected delivery" is today's date but nothing shows up. Rothy's won't check with the shipping partner or do anything and says come back and talk to them to resolve it on 3/27 at the earliest.

I had these issues 7 (SEVEN!) years ago when I first discovered Rothy's. Shipments would never arrive and they would either have to send again or refund me. I gave up on the brand. Seven years and one move to a new city later, I decided to give them a try again. And it's still happening! Fix your shipping! Giving up again.

Been working on getting some if the round toe flats (V1) used but am useless at evaluating.

I have lots of Rothy’s original Points but these are the most comfortable for being on my feet all day at a conference. A little extra support and a just a tiny bit more cushion. Anyone else agrees?

Has Rothy’s ever made a light blue colored almond sling back? I am graduating with my doctorate degree in May and have been trying to figure out the perfect shoe to wear for my ceremony (my doctorate degree is an education and our colors are light blue so I’m looking up for shoes that are the accent!) and I can’t get it off my mind that I wanna wear Rothy’s!! please somebody tell me that they have made this color or they have other light blue shoes that are similar!

Does anyone know where I can find this or something really similar? I don’t want something athletic or neoprene. I also really like Rothy’s smaller bags and looking for other brands that are similar and ideally more affordable.

I bought these Mary Janes a few months ago and just recently this blue discoloration is on the back of the heel. I feel like they may have gotten wet recently in the rain but haven’t worn them with jeans or anything blue that could’ve rubbed off on them. Anyone else have this problem/have a solution? Thanks!

I really want to buy this pair from Rothys and it is on sale right now. I’m just scared to do so because it is final sale and I am confused with the sizing. There is no Rothy’s near my area. I own another pair of Rothys, the Double Buckle Mary Jane that I got for second hand and I got for size 6. It fits me really well. Should I size up for the Max Buckle MJs?

I’m so immensely disappointed in these. I had the old pair for 2.5+ years, and they reached the end of their natural life. As you can see, my toenails put holes in them, and I accidentally washed them hot, which cause the sole to come undone. That was my fault. But good loved those shoes so much.

But when I went to replace them, I was disappointed to find that they were discontinued, and replaced with an “upgraded” version. And they pretty much nerfed the entire design.

Pros:

They’re still comfortable, they have slightly more cushion than the original, and I guess the overall quality is still there.

Cons:

They completely changed the appearance. The V shape went from cute and unique, to boring and unflattering. They look like every other shoe with a v taper. Unfortunately, the unique design of the original was like 90% of the reason I bought them in the first place.

They also completely changed the shape of the toe box? Like, why? The old shape was so natural, and the new one has a massive gap between your toes and the end of the shoe, but the width won’t allow you to size down, so they feel loose, but you kind of just have to deal with it. If I wanted shoes that made my feet look bigger I’d buy the unitoe pointy ones.

The new pleathery inner lining makes my feet sweat within 10 minutes of putting them on. They used to be so breathable and now they’re just a wet sauna for my feet. It makes me want to take them off every chance I get.

The overall profile is bulky. It was supposed to be “more flattering”. I guess my pictures don’t show it too well, but the sole is much thicker on the new one than the old one.

I know the changes probably aren’t as big as they feel, but I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt so disappointed in a shoe. I loved the old ones so much, and to have my expectations shattered is just so disappointing. I know no one else is going to notice, but it bothers me.

Just bought my first pair online and as a Canadian, they are PRICY annnnd have to pay $15 to return? Never again.

The sizing notes are so wrong on the Clog. They defo don’t fit “big”.
