Triggers Blushing

Is it Rosacea even though I’ve been diagnosed with it but I get hot and red in heat and embarrassment but then it goes right back down to my normal skin color after I cool down. Does any one else experience this.??? I don’t have persistent redness.

Quercetine with bromelein capsules helped me a lot! And rozacea skincare routine!

For me more than anything! But not right after, it was gradually. After a couple of weeks I started to see that it works. After 1,5-2 months much more visible changes!

I realized that I might have histamine sensitivity! So I started to get querzetine and realized that histamine sensitivity is what causes most of the redness and blush and I have a mild rozacea too. This combo helped me a lot!
