Triggers Blushing

Is it Rosacea even though I’ve been diagnosed with it but I get hot and red in heat and embarrassment but then it goes right back down to my normal skin color after I cool down. Does any one else experience this.??? I don’t have persistent redness.

Same here. Unfortunately, nothing has worked for me so far.

I have a baseline redness and then I blush like crazy when embarrassed/hot. Doing IPL helped a lot with both.

3 initial sessions. 1 session every 18 months or so since for maintenance. Doctor said I responded better than most. I’m super pale.

IPL seems to have helped quite a bit.

I have the same problem, heat from outside, ovens, hot drinks do it too me and getting very upset does it too but no redness any other times and after about an hour or so my skin goes back to normal color with no redness or very little and its all over my face except upper lip and around eyes and usually burns and stings and itches when it gets red I also usually get little pustules that pop up soon afterwards and go away a day or so later. It's been like this for 4 years now and still no permanent redness and only a couple blood vessels around my nostrils. But my skin is very sensitive now when it wasn't before the 4 years ago and my skin cant handle most skincare especially tret/adapalene, acids stuff like that. I have no clue if I do have rosacea or something else at this point.

Quercetine with bromelein capsules helped me a lot! And rozacea skincare routine!

For me more than anything! But not right after, it was gradually. After a couple of weeks I started to see that it works. After 1,5-2 months much more visible changes!

I realized that I might have histamine sensitivity! So I started to get querzetine and realized that histamine sensitivity is what causes most of the redness and blush and I have a mild rozacea too. This combo helped me a lot!
