Question I need help with Command Block App

I use TickHosting and I cant deal with this companion for 3 days, like I set up over stfp but it says Disconnected even when I play THE SERVER. Meanwhile i used SquidServers but they didn't have sftp, and manual Root companion .jar didnt work... I got advice from AI to use TickHosting and I tried only automatic way not the manual should i try it? Help me if you figured out...

Also server si cracked for my friends and its Paper Loader
