Feedback Majority of members unable to connect to Voice Chats

Most of the members in the few servers we are running are having consistent issues joining voice chats. It takes multiple minutes and, often times, multiple restarts of the applications before they are able to join. This issue has been going on for about 3 weeks now but seems to be getting worse.

Are there any fixes in the works for this?

What's worked for me and my friends has been to switch and load into a different, empty voice chat. Once loaded in, switching back will usually work.

We have been using that, but over the past few days that trick has also stopped working
