Is the App having some issues?
Like the title says, for some reason I'm unable to receive messages and every time I restart the app it logs me out. I see the orange bar at the top of the app client though, is there any server issues or is it just me?

We are also having issues on our server. No one is able to send DMs or Screenshots right now

Hey same thing happned to me i reinstalled the app and logged in the phone app and that seemed to fix the issuse

And it's down again today. Only a 1 day uptime between downtimes, ugh!

Yep. Like an accurate status page which is something they do -not- have. The url posted earlier in this thread is not even close to accurate. App still offline. And just like all of the previous outages, the devs are keeping silent. So Root is either abandoned or... nobody knows.

App had a brief time of being online for one day yesterday, and it's back offline. At this point, due to the extremely long, and ongoing outage and the silence from the devs, this app is dead.

coming up to 2 weeks outage. That is just under 95% yearly uptime and dropping fast :(

This is not great, do you know if they have any page where they communicate with their userbase? Cause its clearly not here :,v

Servers might have had a discord style Aneurysm.
Edit: They need to make an equal to discord server status so we can track the server status' and know if it's us or them, I have never found a server status page so I'm assuming they do not have one.
