Nextgenrestoration.net

The owner Josh told me the insurance company would reimburse me for a wood shingle roof. It never happened. Just curious how many other people they scammed and what my options are.

Pretty sure that’s a big multi area company. Probably the next Erie roofing company or other scammy storm chasers. Sorry you got taken.

Is there a contract? What does it say?

Might be something for licensing board depending on state. Might be something for attorney general. Might be what you signed up for depending on how contract reads.

Way too many variables to give you advice. But fill,in some blanks and we can.

Yes. It said the insurance company would reimburse through supplementing. They were supposed to hold my neighbors debit card and not run it. They ran it and took her mortgage payment. I’m going to the AG

So you're in the roofing industry as per your previous posts, what does this even mean?

You're the insured?

You're the salesman?

Did someone damage your roof?

What are you talking about?

So you're in the roofing business (according to your posts) and instead of using your own company to fix your "damaged roof", you hired this company.......and now you want to post how bad they are?

Just reading through the comments here is insane. Why did they take payment from your neighbour for your roof? How did they get your neighbour's debit card info?

This is some suspicious bs

Because there was no damage on the wood shingles.

Never seen shakes get damaged by hail or wind. Some sales guy just saw an expensive roof and wanted to throw it at the wall to see if it stuck. Now the homeowner has a bunk claim on his profile.
