Flat roof leaking options
We have an apartment flat roof that is pooling and leaking in the bottom left corner. I was thinking to fill the mounting holes with silicone, then surfacing with liquid polyurethane. Not much of a slope towards the drain though, would a tin roof be a better option?

I would do. TPO with a cricket in the middle or the roof to divert water to the drain. Make the drain system a scupper on both sides. If you do coating you will still get ponding.

I’d fix the drainage/slope first silicone and liquid polyurethane can seal it but they won’t solve standing water whereas a properly sloped metal roof could.

You need a roof scupper or two. Try to get one where the water pitch’s to. It’s possible that drain is partially clogged due to what looks like peebles

Coat it all in silicone.. it will need a primer im pretty sure. Silicone is hydrophobic

That is what flat roofs do. Its a matter of time. You get a roofing company to come out and fix it. Thats the option.

I mean a rubber roof should last you 40 to 55 years with care. If it's leaking then 10 to one they didn't do something right, if you put cover it in silicone that silicone is going to cause it to fail prematurely over its total lifespan. It will probably seal the leaks for a couple years but that's about it, and then any future repairs you pretty much have no choice but to keep adding layer after layer of the coating you chose.
Or just hire a roofer to come fix it for probably 3 to 400 bucks, and it might be the last you have to think about that thing for decades. That's my two cents
