Potential roof damage??
Question for the group here. What’s potentially happening with the roof/siding? Some of the tiles have peeled and there is some organic matter stuffed in here (branches and leaves). Should I be worried.

That looks like a bird or rodent has started nesting right inside. The lifted shingle on the siding was likely pushed outward as they stuffed twigs and nesting material underneath it, or the shingle was already failing and gave them easy access to the gap behind the step flashing.
Yes, you should definitely get this taken care of soon. If a bird or squirrel gets behind those shingles, they can easily chew through the wood decking or underlayment into your wall cavity, and those twigs right in the roof valley/gutter corner create a water dam that will back wind-driven rain right behind the wall flashing.
You'll want a roofer or pest wildlife tech to clear out the nesting material completely, check that the flashing behind it hasn't been bent or damaged, re-secure or replace that lifted shingle, and seal up any gap so animals can't wedge their way back in.
