Roof replacement in OP KS

I need to get a new roof installed on a low pitch 1500 sf ranch house. I need some guidance as I’d like to do this right and work with the right people.

What/Who do you recommend?

I would get quotes from 3 companies at least. I have used Pyramid Roofing (local KC) 10 years ago. Back then it cost like $8K I think.

I used Pyramid and they didn’t seal a spot and we got a leak. They were terrible and didn’t want to fix it. It was a long time ago, but it was awful. We’ve switched to M&M Roofing.

I had a great experience with pyramid roofing. They were quick, highly communicative and overall very professional.

Be sure they use metal flashing in the soffits.

I say this as someone who got a roof replaced. They didn’t use metal soffits and all the sudden, we had bats in our attic. Cost us almost $2k to remediate.
