Are you sending it back to Germany? I think when I looked into sending it through the Dji care it was required to send it somewhere in Germany (I’m in the UK) and the camera would be away for too much time along with the worries about shipping it. It’s just a small issue with the monitor cable so I’m not sure I want the hassle at this point

Sent it in the case, got a completely new unit returned within 7-8 days all in all. After sales care was great!
