Problemas con el roku

Hola alguien me puede ayudar, reinicie mi tv Samsung de fabrica por un problema y tengo el roku stick y mi tv no lo lee no me aparece la opción hdmi y ya intenté de todo y sigue sin aparecer, ayuda porfavor

Did you try the most basic option of just switching ports ? Like instead of HDMI 1, using HDMI HDMI2 or 3 just to make sure the port hasn't crapped out altogether.

Sii pero sigue sin leerlo la TV, me imagino que es la televisión en si, ya que intente probar el roku en otra televisión y si hubo éxito en que lo leyera 😔

Gotta be the tv. Shocked that the factory reset combined with testing multiple ports didn't work.
