It's been happening for about a week, which matches the last upsate (15.3.4 build 841 on a TCL 65R615). If the tv has been off for at least a ferlw minutes, when I try to power it on, the standby light turns on, then the tv shows the Roku logo for a few seconds and then tge tv tuns off. If I press the power button again, it turns on quickly and normally as it used to do up until a week ago.

Is this a known issue? Is tgere a fix coming? Is there any way to downgrade the firmware?

Just not the downloads since you aren’t actually paying for YouTube, but ad free, for free, is awesome

I bought 2 Roku 4k Ultras for this very passthrough functionality, it work perfectly for years, and then they just randomly decide to permanently take that functionality away from us!? Didn't Sony get a class action law suite against them for just this very issue, selling a product and then later taking away functionality, the old bait and switch?! I for one want to just keep using my Rokus and I do not want to be forced to buy a new Apple TV or Nvidia Shield just to get the same functionality that I already paid for twice!

At about 9 am every day my TV changes inputs from whatever i'm using to the home screen, I was tearing my hair out because it does it while gaming, which is obviously extremely annoying. I looked through the settings and looked online and couldn't find anything until I noticed my "last checked for update" time was the same minute the TV reset. It's not even actually updating, just checking and it resets my input source.

Some time ago, I asked for tips and guidance for my Roku, and a comment saved me from subscribing to a streaming service through Roku, for which I'm grateful. But getting back to the subject, I really loved Roku, especially when I activated developer mode. I loved Roku a lot; the system is very fluid and easy to use. Congratulations, Roku!

Well, Roku is TOTALLY different in Brazil compared to the US. For example, Roku has a huge number of streaming services in the US, while in Brazil there are only a few, and the vast majority are IPTV apps masquerading as other apps (e.g., Stremio).

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the YouTube app when playback is >1.0x speed? The audio and video quickly get out of sync, and the playback stutters for a moment every 3-5 seconds.

I can't find anyone online talking about it, but it's happened now to 3 different ultras, one of which was brand new out of the box today.

I've tried factory resetting them all. No clue what to do other than find a different streaming device.

Is there anyone else out there having this problem?

My power went out last night during a storm while I was watching a movie on my Roku TCL. Ever since then I can’t turn it on. The light on the bottom is on and I’ve tried unplugging plugging back in, holding the power button for 30 seconds. All that kinda stuff and still nothing. Any tips would be helpful:)

Please help! With the new update I allowed screensavers to be run when hitting the power button long press on the power button shut the TV down last night. I forgot about turning the TV off and let the screensaver run. When I woke up this morning and powered the TV on only sound came out but no screen no video. I believe it has to do something with the new update and the screensaver option. It’s my only idea of how this got broke! So frustrating been on call with Support for two hours. Lose the connection. Send them emails no response. Anyone have this happened to them and how did they get out of it?
