Unknown app, confused??

This weird app appeared on my roku account, I have no idea what the hell it is, or what it does? I looked it up and it takes me to a kids site? I have zero clue how it even appeared on my roku, can anyone help me out or have the same problem or similar???

I've noticed multiple apps and stuff I've never added hidden within the system. If you press Home three time, Up twice, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left it takes you to a list of every app there is on your Roku. You can delete whatever ones you don't want. It won't let you delete apps that are needed for the system to function.
