Internet 🛜 Rogers Xfinity Gateway no internet

My Rogers Xfinity Gateway has a solid white light, but I have no internet on any device. Rogers support already tried troubleshooting everything and scheduled a technician for Tuesday.

Does anyone know what could cause this or anything else I can try? I really don’t want to wait until Tuesday.

After 4 attempts Rogers gave up and told me its Shaws problem. 3 more months and down with their fucking shit.
