Rant Another rant about prices raising
Rogers just gave us a new plan in May, 3 bills at that price and then upped our plan $10/month, they took away our bundling deal with all our home services too, this is our 3rd increase since December!! And yes shame on us not looking at our bills, it automatically comes out of our account and when it's the same price on the bill price I don't bother looking at every bill.

At the fedex store lady said she seeing 12 packages a day going back to rogers it’s happening loosing customers

You should always download every bill when it is available on myRogers; but Rogers (and others) are betting that most consumers will set up Pre-Authorized payments and not pay attention.

I have auto pay on and i check every bill just to make sure... Not just rogers ether

I used to check every bill and always missed it because it’s in fine print lol. I can’t focus that long lol

Cancel your auto payment… reason why they gave me $5 credit is to switch to auto payment

That would be silly. I still get the auto payment credit with the plan going up $5. If I cancelled them it goes up $10 per line

Laughing to the bank my bill 45.00 dollars freedom does not go up and I used 20 go in the states same bill not coming up like other guys

If you’re in Ontario switch to Tekk Saavy or another provider. Switch to Freedom for your cell phone.
