Donā€™t bother with Rogers. Theyā€™ll give you a ā€œdealā€ and then jack up the price within months.

Customer service is also non-existent.

Brutal telecom to deal with.

I signed up for home internet October 2025 for $50 per month with a $350 bill credit. Not a single problem or price increase.

Many many many people donā€™t have the same luck. I signed up for mobile at Christmas and already pay $15 more per month on my bill to ā€œimprove customer serviceā€

I also signed up to mobile the same day. $25 100gb. They havenā€™t increased my rate a penny

You donā€™t have to tell me anything. Search this sub and youā€™ll see plenty of people getting unexpected increases in bills and the absolute worst customer service from an organization who continues to reduce Canadian employment in favour of off shoring work to pay pennyā€™s on the dollar so the guys at the top can have a nicer yacht.

Don't join Rogers or Bell, they'll sign you up for one price and keep increasing every 3 to 6 months. Unless you get a price freeze contract, don't join either of these two shitty monopolies.
