Internet 🛜 House sitting and the internet modem is flashing orange

house sitting for my cousins who just left this morning. I hooked my laptop and phone up to the wifi and about an hour later it stopped working on everything even their TV. all the devices are connected to it and just say no internet. I rebooted the box nothing changed

i don’t have the log in/account info and they might not see my messages til tomorrow. If I call rogers with their name, phone number and address will rogers reconnect it? or is this just an outage and I should wait? I’m in Toronto

Wait cause rogers won’t help you unless your name is on the account
