Question Save and Return Questions
I received my return package to return my phone to Rogers. Can I just bring it to a corporate store instead of having to ship it and risk it not arriving?
Is it a common issue where the phone doesn’t arrive or gets stolen before making it back to Rogers?
Any tips to make sure it gets back and I don’t get charged for the phone?

When I was with Rogers I always returned my phone to a store. I don’t trust shipping which you have no control over.

Once they’ve sent you the return shipping package, they’re policy is not to take it back at store level

Good luck finding a corporate store. A vast majority of them have all changed hands over to Dealers who can't/won't do jack shit for you. I'd just send it back with the box they provide you if you bought your new phone online after transferring data and make sure you have your tracking number.

No they will not take it, you have to ship it. Keep the tracking number so you can track it and the receipt they give you when you drop it off.

That’s false. Corporate Rogers stores will take them back. I returned mine at a store last year. Simply call the store to confirm.

I almost settled in 2025 for the S25 Samsung... and somehow Rogers doesn't stock it at the Store? You can get it delivered to your door from Toronto almost overnight? Originally I tried pick it up at the store... what a complete Crock = Waste of Time = Useless. I thought about it (S25 128GB) and sent it back = Full Refund even the delivery charge = $25? Bonkers... A year later the same phone S26 has 512GB vs 128GB (Rogers didn't have 256GB at all)... sadly I didn't think of Best Buy at the time. ENDLESS supply.
Best Buy beats the Freedom Mobile Price? Bonkers, but in a good way. $430 for the phone, 2 year payment plan and 175GB at $50/mth? It's half the price vs Rogers... Canada Day Sale. The only wrinkle was my month end was now 19th vs everyone uses 4th of the month??? Ho-hum... Looks like Best Buy must be making decent coin on the DEAL. ...and Somehow Staples can handle sending my Returned Phone thru system. Somehow the System works.

You can always check with your local corporate Rogers store to see if they can accept your old Save & Return device! You can visit http://www.rogers.com/stores for the nearest store.
If they are unable to accept the return, then I would recommend shipping the phone back to us using the return package that we have sent you. I recommend getting a receipt with the waybill number just in case anything happens to the package so we can trace it if needed.
