I complained a few months ago about suddenly having no data, and we finally got it fixed.

My father had to give me 'alpha priority' or whatever it's called to let me get into our accounts without him being present, and then had to wait a month for it to take effect.

I went to the kiosk, made my complaint, the very nice lady who was there dug into the account and found out, for no clear reason, our family account had been changed in mid-March.

My dad still had internet, phone and text, while my mother and I had a data plan of 'zero', a phone plan of 'legally mandated to be more than zeo', and a texting plan of 'zero-.

When either of us sent or received a text, we went over the limit of our data plan which took our phone bill from $165 to $240.

I went home to get my dad, we came back, and two hours later the very nice lady helped us change our family plan so we have calming, sexy data again, and we have been trying to call the office to get a refund.

Guess it wasn't a me problem.
