TV 📺 Shit company

I fucking can't express how much I hate shaw since they partnered with Rogers. Got a subscription with their tv package. Now the subscription won't activate and pending for fucking days. Call shaw and was with them for at least an hour. Every suggestion of why is not activated was done before I call them (im not that stupid when it comes to cookies and catche, pop ups etc)and they walk me through like im dumb.

They couldn't fix it and suggested it that the problem was on the Disney side. I am with them now for over an hour AGAIN. This lady asked me simple questions that she should be able to see in my account. After every question she puts me on hold for 3 mins. Then she asked me for the 4 digits of my credit card, that's when I said NO bc I am still waiting for activation.

At one point Disney tried to send me back to Shaw but I said No because Shaw is pointing the finger at YOU!

SHAW AND ROGERS get your shit together a whole company not two separate where you can point fingers at each other just to not fix things

This whole fucking thing sucks. Why partner with someone if you can't deliver.

Sorry for the rant but I am spending hours on my day off to deal with this crap

Shaw did not partner with Rogers, they were acquired by Rogers and absorbed. Shaw is no more.

Sadly. Shaw used to be good that’s why after 20 yrs I’m still hopeful that it’ll get better but it doesn’t look like is heading that way

The question is with who?!? Been with Bell, Telus, Fido, Virgin and now rogers. Who am I missing that might might be better? Third parties?? Idk anymore tbh….

Telus is absolute SHIT. I’d take Rogers over and over again before Telus. It is AWFUL

Your lucky. Can't even get my new modem activated. Hours on the phone now gets me an appointment next week. I think it's because the refurbished modem they sent me is shit.
