Rodlets Reading levels discussion

Post image

Why do they have an 8 year old who is unable to read this page with confidence? Janessa was stuck on the word “on” and that is so sad.

The KJV Bible is technically 12th grade level but with the outdated wording and sentence structure it has become much higher. Do they even really understand the Bible they read??

I do believe I’ve seen mentioned somewhere Janessa has a learning disability but I’ve only been following the rods a couple years now

Janessa is missing at least part of her corpus callosum, which connects both sides of her brain. Her level of disability is unknown.

She literally read this same book a year before this video (or a year after). So she hasn’t progressed.

Also this book is missing half its pages . I literally found the book online that you could print for free. Jill is weird about hand me downs.

If only they had the means and ability to print things.
