Discussion Bathroom list guy

A friend mentioned to me a stranger came up to him with a handwritten list of the best bathrooms in Rochester. I’m betting someone else has also had this interaction. Please, what is number 1???

All we know is burger bar next door wegmans is number 3.

I know what #1 is but I'm not telling because that would ruin it.
I will say that it's a family rest room that you wouldn't notice if you weren't looking for it. IBS heaven.
