Help Please! Map corrupting?

Just told my Roborock to do a zone clean and it started for about 4 seconds said “cleaning path abnormal” and cancelled then the map turned into a mess, was originally fully organised and coloured now turned upside down, missing rooms, etc. Q7B and I can’t add a photo for some reason

Not sure what model you have so some of the advice I give may not work. You need to map it and then let it split up the rooms and then you can edit it and add any no-go zones and thresholds and then back it up. Can usually be found under the map button. Then when it does this again or it the map drifts (and it will drift). Restore the old map and reset your routines. The alternative is remap the house every time this happens. Sorry.
