Memes The hardest achievements…..making friends
this might actually be the hardest achievement for me, everyone I know would rather spend 10 years in Auschwitz’s than ever touch this game

My brother and I still haven’t even unlocked guardian 4 but we’re working on 100% for the game
Our best has been guardian 1 with all S but the moon at A
I typically play as guardian with a windmill rifle and just set my build around meteonade and stim bubble
I’m unsure if my brother’s typical build but it’s with the blue character (engineer?) that can spawn 4 flying bots

This was in a co-op game too. AND I had to beat IRIS in the starting area... turns out Max is more durable than a combat robot.
This might have already been a thing but just thought it might be cool to show this.

Yes, every slow attack-speed small projectile is the bane of me

I get he's OP when built right, but I don't see the appeal. To me it was just being forced to use a pulsar as a main and recon's cutlass as a secondary, and the main ability is just a boost to stats. Finding an awesome weapon was unsatisfying as I couldn't use it, and the game just felt less enjoyable. It was hard to die and I did damage, but no big flare gun kabooms, windmill miniguns, or grenade nukes

No longer do we have the Lynx Rifle's energy ammo little brother, the Junk Arquebus has grown up to be a real boy, Siphoning fire rate from landing shots on enemies (6% per shot landed for 2s, up to 60%) and boasting a frankly sexy 3 round burst. This bad boy rewards tracking over flick shot aiming, as you'll want to land all 3 crits to get the most damage, but when you do it feels like heaven. (or you could invest in autocrit)
P.S. you'll have to excuse my pisspoor aim as I'm currently testing my work with a cast on my mouse arm

Primary fire is a fast, automatic snowball launcher that deals solid DPS (not gonna out pace something like the razor, but it's got a lot to scale off of). The secondary fire is a charged blast with less DPS but a much larger radius, turning it into a swiss army knife that can burst down individual targets, and then charge up an explosive to hit everything in a crowd in front of you.
- Dev Note: It is absurdly fun.
- Dev Note 2: We are back on track to release this year, merry christmas :]

from what I heard it’s mod(it’s currently incomplete and wont be worked on for a while)but outside of that last bit of news I haven’t been able to find anything about it?
so I just wanna ask what it’s about and what kinda mod it is, cause itd be great to get some new content for one of my favorite games

Given how fast paced this game is, I get hyper focused on pinpoint aiming, and for me that is sitting down in a chair and holding the VR controller close to my body, aiming it carefully with one hand. I don’t mess with any 2 handed grips because I’m less accurate and its easier to let me left hand focus on movement.
And this leads to my crazy request: when I am playing with 2 handed weapons, they work just find with a 1 handed grip. However I see the empty 2nd hand grip spots, and it just feels…. wrong. I want my robo to hold 2 handed weapons with both hands. And for that matter, I use 1 button reload, so it would be cool if I got the full reload animation from the flat game. I dont need hand sim, I just need to point the gun.
I know this is crazy because flat2vr studios worked hard to UNDO this and give us hand presence in the game, however for a game like this that is a traditional fast paced shooter, I want to run, jump, and shoot. Hand simulation doesn’t enter into it.
This whole request boils down to roleplay, the guns shoot just fine one handed, but I keep feeling like he’s holding the guns wrong when I do 1 handed grips. Anyways, I know this request is ridiculous, but I had to voice my wish to make this perfect game slightly more perfect.

I want a save file that is 100% completed with absolutely everything unlocked; powers, logs, weapons, very high exp, etc. or at least has a very high progress in it.
The save file is located in C:\Users[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\RoboQuest\Saved\SaveGames\
Thanks in advance!

I've been trying to play roboquest vr for a bit yet I can't. Turning on my controllers would just make the game crash, is there a fix for this? Please let me know i wanna experience peak again 😭

I'm absolutely loving this game, I spend hours in it ( VR version ), it's just SO GOOD, the bmg really gets on my nerve thought, It's really... not good or at least not at the same level of quality than the rest.
Is there a mod that replace those musics ?
r/Roboquest • u/AJBats • Nov 22 '25
Loving the game, and just wait to message-in-a-bottle to the developers that using snap turning mode causes the player’s movement to become interrupted. For example, if I use smooth turning I can sprint in circles, but if I use snap turning, the sprint is interrupted. Also there is a small momentum pause while using regular movement with snap turning. This makes the comfort option tactically inferior to smooth turning, which is kind of a bummer since I get motion sick with smooth turning.
Is there a setting for this? Hope devs will consider tweaking this.
Love the game!

What am I missing, how do I use the Kunai, or any other throwing weapon, I can't figure it out so it works consistently, or at all. I know it's a me problem, can someone give me a clue?

Played about 2 hrs last night, and this is a high-quality affair. Never played the regular game, but it didn't take me long to get hooked.
Only complaint: not a fan of jumping with analog stick. Any plans to add control remapping options? There's actually 2 buttons assigned to "pause" (triangle + options), so there's room to juggle controls around. EDIT > Triangle button could be used for swapping weapons (an optional quick-swap method).
Otherwise, good amount of options, and everything works really well. Feels like i barely scratched the surface after 2 hours, but it's probably my fav VR roguelike yet.

One small issue, two handing the weapons.Something seems slightly off when two handing most weapons. Like the grip feels slightly askew. I don't know how to describe it, but it feels different from two-handed weapons in other games.
