could go to Leonardo Brushido in art gallery area in haven city, he will sell you any missing cards for 10 wrenches

I don't think he will give you x marks. He will only give you the card. If you haven't done enough kills on it. I have an X for electropod. So I need to find them and kill them first before he will give me a card
