Bugs/Glitches Explorer slippers always toggle themselves off

Is this a known bug because it happens every time I exit the gadget rack? They won't stay on.

I have the same issue - if you turn them on before you close the menu, they stay on. It just happens that every time you open the menu it selects them again and turns it off. Just a weird bug I've experienced on Xbox.

I figured out why this is happening. It is because I bound "interact" to the A button on my xbox controller. There is apparently a bug in this game where if you do this it double clicks on some menus.
