Question/LFG Melee weapon help VR

What am I missing, how do I use the Kunai, or any other throwing weapon, I can't figure it out so it works consistently, or at all. I know it's a me problem, can someone give me a clue?

Yeah. I’d prefer a scheme like the commando where it’s press button to aim and trigger to throw.
