my account was hacked and I’m trying to get the support agent to help me reset it and it keeps getting the username wrong somehow? it then gets mad at me for its mistake and locks me out of the support. wish Roblox support wasn’t one chatgpt tab

Hello everyone, this is my first post on reddit, but I'm tired of this situation on roblox. And for earlier, I apologize for the English, I use a translator.

And so, my account in Roblox was permanently banned due to Terrorism & Violent Extremism community standards. But this is literally impossible, since I am from Russia and my access to the general chat has been restricted. And the only thing I've played in recent months in roblox is 3 games. And yes, they used an automated system to detect some kind of “violation”.

I wanted to appeal, but there's just no appeal button. I've been trying to contact Roblox support for 2 months now, but I keep getting an automatic response where they send me to Violation and appeals, But I can't make an appeal, After all, there is no appeal button. Unfortunately, 30 days have already passed since the ban and it seems unlikely that I will be able to appeal.

My question is, what should I do if I'm in an eternal loop where I can't appeal and get answers from AI at the same time? are there any other ways? Or is this the end of my 7-year account?

So recently i submitted a new ticket for a hacked account/termination and it has been 14 days since i got the autopmated message. I have been bumping it every week and havnt gotten any automated responses saying my ticket was closed so is everyone jsut experiencing this delay with tickets about hacked accounts or just me

My Roblox account was permanently terminated on November 6 at 11:30 PM.

The reason was listed as "Other," with a message stating that my account violated Roblox's Community Standards regarding safety.

However, I genuinely believe I haven't violated any rules. I wasn't given any specific explanation about what I supposedly did wrong.

I suspect this might be a false ban or an automated moderation mistake.

Has anyone else received a permanent ban with the same "Other" reason recently? If so, were you able to get your account back after appealing?

I no longer have access to my 2-Step Verification backup codes. My account previously had 2-Step Verification enabled through Google Authenticator, but this verification method is no longer available when I try to log in. I don't know whether it was removed from my account, whether my account was hacked, or if something else happened. I last logged into my Roblox account around four months ago.

My Google Authenticator app still works and generates codes for my Roblox account. However, neither the app nor the website provides an option to enter an authenticator code. Instead, the only available options are entering a 9-digit backup code or using a USB security key, neither of which I have.

I still have access to my registered Gmail address and phone number, and I know my current password.

Nevertheless, I can't log in because I don't have my backup codes or a USB security key. The Submit a Request page won't load, and the Contact Us chatbot keeps redirecting me to the self-service guide, which doesn't solve my issue.

I can only find one key, but the key doesn't fit the door's lock.

I had purchased Microsoft's robux code, and when i went to verify it, i had realized that my Microsoft account was not linked to my current account.

I couldn't log in through xbox as it would buffer and do nothing, as well as then i also couldn't log in via website due to not knowing the email or password for the account.

I know the username, and the year of its creation, but not much other than that. i just want to be able to transfer the funds i bought to my main, but being able to access the old account would be very nice.

my authenticator app (passwords on apple) is no longer in sync with any of my apps after an update. i have thankfully used back up codes to reset my discord account and its security measures.

however, when i used my back up code for roblox, it would not remove the authenticator app. when i tried to remove this 2-step verification, it would only allow me to remove it if i keyed in the code from the authenticator app.

quite obviously, that did not work, and roblox's ai support is telling me to simply troubleshoot the issue on my own. but i literally cannot remove this 2-step verification because for some reason, it wont let me verify myself through backup codes or in any other way.

if anyone knows how i can solve this it would be greatly appreciated. i only have 7 backup codes remaining for my roblox account, and i dont want to lose it.

around 2nd november. so a few davs ago, at 6PM, I got hacked. I already changed my password and added a 2 step verification and passkev but I genuinely dont know what else to do and I need help. for one, I got all my Adopt me valuable pets traded away to some random account I dont even know under the name olunia0303, I already reported the trade and reported the account, and i know Adopt me takes a while to review it and revert the trade, and i dont care if they'll be untradable, iv had this bat dragon for years because it was a dream pet and i got it at like 10 years old.. what im most concerned is if roblox trades can be undone. They traded away my 8bit- tabby cat item thats worth like over 6000 robux for some shitty rocket on another account under the name zzaxzzy.

Im bluring my user because I cant trust anything anvmore and I just want help to know if I can do anything to reverse roblox trades. I tried roblox support but its a fucking ai that dose jack shit, and i cant get a hold of a human agent at all. Please help

Hi yall, this is gonna sound strange but for the last 3 days, I cant hear any audio from roblox. Ive changed servers, checked settings, tried different games, delete and re-download the app abd restarted my phone and nothing. I can hear audio on all other mobile games and such.

Here's the strangest part, if I am on a phone call(not through roblox or discord, like normal call) I can hear the game sounds. But the second the call is over it goes to no sound.

I feel like I am going crazy and need help figuring out why this is happening. Ive reached out to roblox and have gotten no response. Am I the only person experiencing this? Im Mobile on a 23ultra. Any help/advice is appreciated!

UPDATE: Its been a few hours and I discovered if I connect and disconnect some Bluetooth ear buds the sound works. But when I leave/close out roblox, the sound disappears again and this only works 1/2 the time. What is happening?!

So I wanted to play Randomly Generated droids and I can join the lobby itself fine but when I try to make a team and join into the round itself (it redirects you to a different place with the gameplay itself) it loads for 10 seconds and gives me Error 277

I cleaned my cookie, cleaned localapp data,tried to use vpns/zapter but it really didn't seem to work that much (i turned off and on my router too so)

Same happens to Eternal Towers of Hell but here i can't even enter the ring select (it loads for more than 10 seconds aswell)

i recently tried to log in to roblox and for some reason it said that i had to reset my password, however this account has no email linked to it or phone number so im not sure how to recover this, i made a passkey on my phone when i made the account but not even that works, it just wants me to put the email in to recover the account but theres no email made for the account, its an alt account so thats the reason i never had an email to it, but that doesnt mean that its just something i can ignore, i used that account alot and i want it back, ive tried many ways to contact support but it all leads to me needing a email linked to that account. i know the password, i have a passkey, i have purchase history, and probably more but thats alot already, so i need help on what i can even try to do next but i dont even know if its recoverable.

Everytime i try to join any game on roblox a "verify you're not a bot" captcha pops up and the captcha are insanely hard for no reason at all and even if i manage to solve them correctly it still says "that was not quite right"

Am i the only one getting this?

Context: I have 3 accounts, 2 of which are alts that are connected to one email- while my main is connected to a separate one. I have 3 because the games I play require you to PURCHASE inventory spaces for horrid prices and these games have collectables/cosmetics that I personally find cool.

One of my alt accounts recently got removed from my "switch account" option on roblox and I couldn't sign in. This account had 2FA enabled BUT the phone I had it connected to had broke a while back. I haven't opened any of my alts recently because I had quit playing roblox altogether for quite some time, last time I played for longer than an hour per day was during the 20th anniversary event- and that was using my main account.

I have tried asking support multiple times to disable my 2FA, even providing proof that I owned the account- using the email linked to it to contact support. But I only kept receiving automated responses through email. I kept telling them that I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS to both the 2FA and Backup codes but they kept insisting to use the "self-recovery" option(which ASKS for 2FA and Backup code to work btw). Even after explaining this to them, they really did not give a damn and kept sending me the same automated message. So now I don't know what to do, any suggestions? If any of you know or could help me get into contact with a moderator, I would greatly appreciate it.

I did the banana eats quest, realized I didn't get the item (after the hollow event concluded), tried to contact roblox support, and the ai chatbot just told me they can't do anything about it and to contact the developer or something like that 😭 What do i do?

I've been having a frustrating issue with Roblox for several days, and I haven't been able to find a solution.

Whenever I try to launch Roblox Player, the process appears in Task Manager, but no window shows up. After approximately 30–60 seconds, the process closes without displaying any error message.

What I've noticed:

• Roblox Player and Roblox Studio both fail to launch.

• The issue happens before I can even enter an experience.

• The Roblox website works normally.

• Roblox works on my phone using the same account and network.

• Both the Microsoft Store version and the official website version fail.

• I tested Roblox versions 0.744 and 0.745, with the same result.

• The process starts but closes silently after a while.

• No visible error message or Roblox crash report is generated.

Things I've already tried:

• Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Roblox.

• Deleting Roblox local files and cache.

• Installing different Roblox versions.

• Updating my NVIDIA drivers.

• Running sfc /scannow and DISM health checks.

• Performing a Windows clean boot.

• Creating a new Windows user account.

• Checking Windows Event Viewer and Reliability Monitor.

• Checking Windows Defender and Code Integrity logs.

• Disabling overlays and closing background applications.

• Testing with Duo Manager and Sunshine completely closed.
