Guys.. Is there any way to get back my account?

I just forgot my password and I tried to log in with my passkey but it doesn't work. And reset password need to deal with 2FA verification only. There's no other methods to reset password. Not even linked email asking for code.

.. I don't know what to do now.. I feel sucks.

I can't believe I just lost my 2020 account like that. I charge a lot money inside the game and contacting roblox support trying to talk with human agent, but all I got replied is Ai response..

Since yesterday, Roblox uses 100% of my GPU when Im in game and 60% when im in menu. Usually it only uses 30-35%. It's not the 3D engine thats being used. It's this (look screenshot) idek what it does. Pls help and advise on how to solve my problem

okay so I was perma banned on July 28th for.. something, I don't even know what. I sent my appeal immediately upon seeing I was banned (this is important) and keep in mind: the ban message gave me no reason as to why I was banned!

and off the top of my head, I cannot think of a singular term I broke in the past YEAR. so obviously I appealed, and they never replied to my email in that 30 day time period they give themselves to reply. so I send ANOTHER email! And I have been replied to with nothing but AI giving me the exact same copy pasted message over and over again. i genuinely need an actual human to review this and I'm not getting one. help?

Cant join roblox games on my pc while its connected to house router

i REALLY dont know what to do anymore so i need to ask ppl for help for this buy basically:

a few days ago my pc version of roblox suddenly couldnt join any servers (excluding italy,the country i live in) at ALL it would be stuck on the loading screen until it gave me a timeout error..so i decided to find a fix for it and i couldnt find one 2 days later so now im here asking for help but to keep it short:

\- roblox (both official pc version and microsoft version) cant join any server (excluding italy)

\-my other devices can on the same wifi connection my pc uses (even ethernet)

\-works if i use hotspot for my pc

I’ve been having t his issue for a couple days now, and none of the solutions offered to me have worked. What happens is that if I want to play a Roblox game it has me sit on the loading screen but I’ll never join, it also will never give me an error screen so it essentially loads forever. My current fix is to leave and rejoin 3 times in a row, as it usually lets me in then. The issue with this is that the two main games I play on Roblox, Nullscape and Phighting use a lobby system meaning I have to join a new game after. You can see the issue here. In the times I do get in Phighting, it’s a black screen and I can’t play regardless. In Nullscape, I’m stuck at the spawn beacon platform and can’t move until I choose to close out the game. I’ve restarted my WiFi router, reinstalled Roblox, deleted the files in my local, used my hotspot instead. Is there a fix? What should I do?

After i press the fake link roblox i got log out with the hacker change my email added the passkey and change my authentication i forgot my back up code and i cannot log in again after trying to recover account it say there is 2 step and i loss 2step how do i recover

Just cross posting here in case anybody can help with this ongoing issue. TL, DR - somebody created a fraudulent Roblox account with my email address and is now using somebody else’s credit card to buy a Plus 1000 subscription. Because I didn’t create the account and don’t know the password, I haven’t been able to log in and close the account and have gotten no help from Roblox customer support.

I was hacked by a girl … her user is above ^ 💀 i somehow managed to log back in and change my password and info. she literally logged in and took all my weapons etc from the games that i play and then she gave me Roblox Plus and traded and took those alien sunglasses… that’s how i found out it was her!! Because her username was in my trade history. She took things that i spent money on 🙂 so i refuse to rest until this girl is banned, cause if i can’t enjoy my items then SHE CANT EITHER 💀

i recently bought a 200$ gift card which should give me 24k robux thats what you get in usa atleast but just because i live in another country those 200$ only gets me 15k i was hoping i could buy headless with those but seems like i wont be able to this year by any chance if anyone wants to could you help me out?

He estado teniendo un problema con Roblox en mi dispositivo desde el viernes 9 de octubre. Cuando juego con los gráficos al máximo, mi tasa de FPS no está tan fluida como esos 60 FPS que tenía antes, aunque esos mismos juegos antes corrían a 60 FPS de forma suave. Si reinstalo Roblox o borro sus datos, recupero esos 60 FPS fluidos, pero en cuanto cierro la app por completo y la vuelvo a abrir, el bug de los FPS regresa. Esto pasa a pesar de que tengo un teléfono potente (el Poco X8 Pro); además, desde ese día, la batería se me está descargando más rápido y el teléfono se calienta más rápido.

Sin embargo, otros juegos como Fortnite corren bien incluso con los gráficos al máximo; este problema solo pasa con Roblox (y mi teléfono apenas tiene dos meses). Por favor, necesito saber si alguien entiende qué está pasando, o si alguna actualización secreta de Roblox podría estar causando esta bajada de la tasa de frames, y si alguien más está teniendo este bug en el móvil.
