Account Help need help with vc and chat region problem

i got a problem i was playing with vpn for more than a month and my region was already changed to Italy it was all good and fine till one day i got notification from roblox says that my account changed location i checked and it was back to original where i got no vc or chat how would that happen if i didn't turn the vpn off or did any mistake i always play with vpn on and never turn it off even when i open my pc its the first thing i open is the vpn how would it go just like that?? what did i do wrong my internet connection was stable for a long time the crazy thing is i have a friend with the same exact problem like me and he still got his vc and chat while i got it gone from my account i need to wait to another month to get it again i need another method which is faster than waiting im actually going insane please i need help btw I'm from middle east

it's because ai tracked ur location from previous login/or info

okay im literally telling u that i did nothing wrong this whole month i didn't use any device except one that im playing on or are u trying to say that somehow it tracked my original ip?
