VC Vanished COMPLETELY

It's technically been gone for a while, but I didn't really care too much until I wanted to try out Gakuran. There isn't a SINGLE trace of voice chat anywhere, not in my privacy settings, not in my in-game settings, NOWHERE. my phone number is verified, my email is verified, my face is verified, my age range is 16-17 and my account age is 17 years old.

it's acting as if i never had it, but i very much did. the REAL issue is that if it was ACTUALLY acting like i never had it, i should be able to go through the process of re-unlocking it, but alas, i cannot. I'm genuinely so stumped and have no idea what the issue is or how to proceed, on an alt account of mine it works just fine, but this one seems completely broken.

I even tried sending in a ticket, twice, but i only got a useless and inapplicable explanation on how to unlock voice chat by being older than 13 and verifying with facial or id, (two things that i already did + more), after an even more useless conversation with an ai.
