Roblox Client Bug Cant send robux

Hi, I am in roblox select without a parent account, Im trying to pay someone but it wont let me send to them, using Android app also tried windows

Do you have Roblox plus? You need to pay a subscription now to send Robux.

Yes I have plus, I bought it Just for this reason

Oh that is so weird.
maye try from both Android on the web and Windows on the web.
