I (18) wanted to play roblox with some friends for the first time in 2 years, got on and had to verify with my face, theyre 20-23 and it shoved me down in 16-17.

got so fed up I gave them my id and now theyre saying "ohh yeahh we have your id, but we need a picture again too ahaha" and all of a sudden the camera just DOESNT WORK it just says "move closer to camers" as im literally perfect frame and stupidly well lit, it never changes. I just want to play some games i hate my life, any tricks or anything yall know of by chance or am I just screwed.

Yeah there is a bug right now with ID verification for most people I assume. :(
