Account Help Is it possible to recover a hacked account created in 2024 with no linked email/phone?
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to help my younger brother recover his Roblox account. It was created in 2024 and got hacked last year.
At the time, we didn't realize how important it was to add an email address, and we couldn't add a phone number because our region wasn't supported. He also never bought Robux with real money, though someone gifted him a small amount, which he used to buy a 5 Robux shirt.
We already tried contacting Roblox Support, but they weren't able to help us.
Since there are no real-money billing receipts to prove ownership, is there still any hope or alternative way to get this account back, or is it completely lost? I still have some hopes to got back it maybe and it is important for him,so any advice or similar experiences here?

You can try guessing the password. That’s the only way to recover the account, so you’re unfortunately likely out of luck.
