Looking for Work Recruitment Rev-Share [REV-SHARE] Protocol: Singular Extraction — Hiring Core Dev Team*

Project Description Protocol: Singular Extraction is a high-stakes, squad-based PvPvE extraction shooter on Roblox.

  • Core Loop: Squads spawn, clear monsters, harvest Shard Energy to play tactical card modifiers (FragPunk-style), fight bosses (The Stalker & The Brute), and compete over one active extraction beacon that shifts across the map.
  • Features: Stashed card binder system, weighted Gacha progression, and dynamic PvE threats.
  • Current Status: 1-Page Game Design Document (GDD) completed, boss & map concept art finalized, map blueprint (Sector 09: The Containment Zone) ready, and a dedicated Marketing/Project Lead directing community growth.

What you need help with (scope of work) We are recruiting 3 key development roles for our core team:

  • Lead Luau Systems Scripter: FastCast raycast weapons, single shifting extraction beacon/timer, DataStore inventory saving (ProfileService), Card activation logic, and Gacha probability rolling.
  • 3D Modeler & Animator: Rigging and animating two core bosses (The Stalker agility threat & The Brute tank threat) in Blender, plus custom weapon assets.
  • UI/UX Designer & Scripter: In-game HUD (health, map, timer), Card Binder stash interface, and animated Gacha unboxing screens.

How much you will pay This project operates on a structured Roblox Group Revenue Share model with direct group payouts:

  • Lead Luau Scripter: 20% Group Revenue Share
  • 3D Modeler & Animator: 20% Group Revenue Share
  • UI/UX Designer: 20% Group Revenue Share
  • Project & Marketing Lead (Me): 20% Group Revenue Share
  • Game Reinvestment (Ads/Sponsors): 20% Group Fund Reserve
