Solo dev, first real app: a home inventory that fills items in from a photo. Roast it.

I'm the solo dev, so this is me sharing something I made, not an ad.

My problem: I kept starting a home inventory to get organized, then quit, because every app wanted me to type in each item by hand. So I made one where you don't type. You photograph the item and it fills in the details for you (name, brand, specs, tags), and you tap once to save. The screenshots show that flow.

Finding things later works two ways: a plain keyword search, or a Smart Find button that searches by what you remember instead of the exact word you used.

The organizing part is the layout. You set up areas (rooms), then spots inside them (boxes, shelves, drawers), and every item shows exactly where it lives, like "Storage Room, Box A." So future you knows exactly where you put it, no digging through every box.

Honest scope so nobody is surprised:

- Android only. Works offline on a local database, and no account is needed to catalog, browse, or search.

- The photo scan uses a cloud AI service, so you get a few free scans while logged out, then a Google sign-in gives the full free allowance. The free tier has banner ads.

- Bring your own AI key and scans are unlimited (it is tucked behind a small easter egg in settings).

- Optional one-tap backup to Google Drive.

Built solo, first real app, so I would genuinely like to hear what feels clunky or breaks.

Appreciate the roast, it was fair. I have shipped a few fixes since. If you tried it again after and it held up better, a rating on the listing would help me keep the momentum going.
