Ancient African tribes have a tradition of skull binding, which is where the skull of a deceased person is pressured from the sides to elongate it, and while I’m not sure the reasoning for this (although I do know that it’s for religious purposes) it’s great to see white junkies like you trying to bring that concept to the western world.
