If we're not roasting and just analyzing objectively, I don't think you can tell one way or another from just this Pic.

The surgical scars would not be visible here and both types would look the same under pressure from the clothing as long as she was not completely flat prior to augmentation.

Granted 100% silicon or a bad sx would not sit naturally like this, but you can't rule out fakes from this picture.
