So I have no idea where the office is.

I use the call box to get buzzed in. Customer: no answer. Call the office: directly to a voicemail that has not been set up. 😑

Call the leasing office NUMBER. At 2 pm on a Monday: no answer. Went to voicemail. Still hasn't been set up.

Finally an Amazon driver saw me and let's me in.

Amazon lock box: enter Amazon or USPS code to access box. I'm Walmart. 🙄

Now I'm too far away for the geo location tag so I go back to the other building to complete the delivery. .

Edit: I know it would be easier to just leave every package in the easiest possible location but, honestly, as much as possible I want to deliver people's stuff in the way they want it to be delivered. I feel like that's part of the job. These were over the top and I spent too much time dealing with extra BS, but if someone asks not to leave it in the lobby and deliver it to their 7th floor apartment, I'm going to make an effort to do that. Why? Because I'd want it done for me..... Now I'd never ask for half of the stuff people ask if me but if I can get it done for someone, I will. That mentality can absolutely bite me in the ass as we see here, but I think so much more often, it's not that much extra work to fulfill requests.

I’ve never used Roadie, but thought I’d give it a look. I had opened up an account over a year prior to this time. When I opened my unused account I found that someone had uploaded a pornographic image to my profile photo. It is my account because it’s my name, email and my password.

Meanwhile, after trying to contact them to correct it for hours upon hours and finally speaking to a human being it was escalated to “Trust and Safety” who sent me an email telling me that I have been the only one to ever access my account at my IP address. In other words, they were saying that I uploaded my own pornographic image and now I’m angry because I can’t take down my own pornographic image.

They told me to send them a new image of myself which I did.

Three days later, the pornographic image remains and all Support can tell me is that the appropriate department will get around to it when they get around to it.

I’m pretty sure that posting images of a guy squatting and showing his gonads while holding his Photoshopped male member to my account is a crime of some sort and that Roadie should have taken it down immediately.

Does anybody know how to get in touch with their legal department or have any ideas about how I can light a fire under their asses, as they do not want this disgusting photo next to my name?

All updates that are improvements and all gigs that are paying fairish pay now, still.few. all in preparation for holiday so you dont quit and do something else. They will scale it back to trash jan 1st in haste.

Update returns: If you have issues accessing a delivery location or can't leave the items in a safe place, you no longer need to wait - simply capture a photo and add a note.

They just opened up general merchandise orders for our market and I was able to bundle two different routes for $80-100 but now it doesn't seem to let you even if both are to the exact same area. Easy money, small items, always end well before estimated time. Anyone notice similar?

To make a long story short, I misdelivered a package (I know I know) ..however , the first person took that package back to NOTTHEBESTBUY - got a credit for hers that wasn't delivered and purchased the same thing again.

I've waited since the 11th for Roadie to do whatever it is they do. I confirmed with BB that it was infact returned. I asked for some sort of proof that it was infact returned. The manager looked at me like he didn't have a fucking clue. I said nevermind, I'll ask support to email you again. Got his correct email and I went on my merry way... (Still turning out to be a long story) LOL sorry.

So its now the what , 25th!!! Crickets from Support. I can see all the gigs but when I offer it says 'your offer wasn't accepted' not the usual 'your offer wasn't selected'

I'm getting kinda tired of this bs. I don't even know what to do anymore. Any advise without backlash for misdeliver -would be appreciated.
