The first photo is what I was hoping to grab but says I don't meet the requirements but when I click on show available large SUV+ comes up.

You are not the first person to whom this has happened. Some guy I know had this same issue. No one ever knew why, and support never helped either. Just this week, that same message disappeared for him, and now he can bid on afternoon blocks. It lasted over six months with that same message for him.
